Brownies Made In The Microwave

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups of sugar

• 3/4 cups of unsweetened cocoa powder

• 3/4 cups of flour

• 1/2 cups of melted butter

• 3 eggs

• 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

1. Spray  8×8 glass baking dish
2. Mix sugar, cocoa powder and flour
3. Whisk butter, eggs, and vanilla
4. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet with a spoon
5. Pour batter into the baking dish.
6. Microwave 4-7 minutes on high, just until the brownies are “done” in the middle.
7. Let the brownies cool on a rack 5-10 minutes, then cut into squares and eat.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10-12 minutes

Makes:  approx 2 1/2 dozen cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 box Spiced Cake Mix prepared

• 1/2 can of pumpkin pie filing

• 1 bag of chocolate chips

Directions:

1. you prepare the cake mix as directed on the box
2. add in the pumpkin pie filling and chocolate chips
3. scoop by rounded teaspoon onto cookie sheet
4. bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
