Easy Side Dish Recipes
Vegetable Toss
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Makes – 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, quartered and sliced
- 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen broccoli,cauliflower and carrots, cooked and drained
- 1 can (7oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 2 tbs. parsley
- 2/3 cup whole pecans
Directions:
- In a large frying pan, cook onions in oil over medium heat until tender.
- Add cooked vegetables and mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt, paprika, and parsley and stir well
- Sprinkle with pecans
